Yes, we have a $500 minimum order amount.
CAN I JUST RENT GLASSES?
We rent complete place settings. We do allow you to add on a la carte items like steak knives and additional course plates or glasses—but we do not rent only glasses or flatware.
HOW DO I RESERVE THE ITEMS I WANT?
You can place an order request directly on our Rental Inquiry page. We will then get back to you and confirm availability of your requested items. We do allow this on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with the location of your event, and if we're able to accommodate an extended rental time we can provide a custom quote that includes packaging, insurance and freight costs.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE
Design direction, or complete event design services are available. We are happy to discuss the nature and scope of your event and can provide a custom quote for our design services.
DO YOU PROVIDE DESIGN OR STYLING SERVICES?
Event Set Up: On the big day, Event Coordinators and Caterers have much more to focus on then just setting place settings correctly. Set can assist in setting up your table settings perfectly.
Event Break Down: To minimize the caterer's time and/or loss or damage, Set can bring a scullery staff on site to clean and pack all rentals up safely; saving you time and potential damage fees. Please inquire.
DO YOU PROVIDE EVENT SET-UP AND BREAK-DOWN SERVICES?
If any equipment is missing, we ask that you make every effort to locate the items and return them to us within 24 hours of your event date. If equipment is returned damaged or if you are unable to find any missing equipment, the credit card on file with Set will be billed for the cost of the repair or replacement of the equipment 48 hours from the event date. Our replacement pricing is outlined in our Rental Agreement/ Terms & Conditions page.
WHAT IF I BREAK A GLASS OR LOSE A FORK?
Due to the fragile nature of our collections, we are unable to accommodate client pick-up. We will ensure that your items arrive safely, and on time.
CAN I AVOID THE DELIVERY FEE AND PICK UP MY ORDER?
